Description of Back flow 85℃ filling flavor beverage / FC juice bottling line
The 3000BPH 3 in 1 auto RCGF12-12-4 0-2L bottle hot juice filling machine is used in production of non-soda drink of hot juice or cold water packed in polyester bottles. Washing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine.
The most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used. The filling is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.

4. The capping head adopts a constant torque device, which guarantees the capping quality without damaging the cap.
5. Adopt an efficient lid sorting system, with perfect lid feeding and protection devices.
6. Equipped with a complete cleaning management system to ensure the quality of flushing before filling.
7. To change the bottle shape, it can be realized only by replacing the star wheel and the curved plate, and the operation is simple and convenient.
8. Equipped with a complete overload protection device, which can effectively protect the safety of the machine and the operator.
9. This machine adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor, which can conveniently adjust the production capacity appropriately.
10. The main electrical components, frequency converters, photoelectric switches, proximity switches, electric control valves, etc. are all imported components from MITSUBISHI, OMRON, and SCHNEIDER to ensure the excellent performance of the whole machine.
11. The control system has functions such as automatic water level control, detection and alarm for missing caps, automatic stop alarm for rinsing, and shift output counting.
12. All components of the gas circuit system adopt Taiwan AIRTAC products.
